3 months agoIt was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jon and his family. A true family owned business that cares about quality of service, and the quality of their cars. The process from start to finish was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a used car the make Seymours on Tudor their first stop.
3 months agoIt is refreshing to deal with people that live their work and care about their customers. The team at Seymour's were polite, professional and personable. They genuinely wanted to find out what we needed and put us in the right car. They had a great range of vehicles on hand and offered great after sales support.
4 months agoI have both sold a vehicle and bought a vehicle from Seymour’s in the last 3 years. On both occasions I found Jon to be honest, fair and professional. There was no sales pressure and negotiations over price on both occasions was a comfortable discussion. I would not hesitate to recommend Seymour’s to anyone who waa looking to either buy or sell a car.

5 months agoFrom our first phone call to seymour’s on tudor Jon & Liana they were very friendly & professional , because our car was a right off at no fault of ours we were looking for a similar car, we found one on Semour’s site that we liked, even though we live in shellharbour we had no hesitation to travel the distance to see this car because it looked so good , Jon explained how good it was, true to his word it was perfect , just what we were looking for. With all the car sale dealers over the years we have never met a nicer couple to deal with , we are both in our 80s they looked after us & made the transaction easy. Jon went above & beyond by setting up our sat nab & our phone for our journey home .Thank you Jon & Liana ,we will have no hesitation in recommending Seymour’s on Tudor . 5 Star for service 10/10 for caring & friendliness . We would like to congratulate you on your 30years anniversary & wish Seymour’s on tudor all the best for the future regards john & heather inglis.

5 months agoI am a happy customer!!! 🌟 Pre sale and after sale experience was brilliant, professional and quick. Liana was the perfect sales person for me a female buyer. She has a real personal approach and I immediately felt comfortable. No fast talk, dazzling facts & fake talk of how we have a connection. 🙏🏻 After much research online I set out looking for the vehicle I wanted. I knew Seymour’s had the type of vehicle I wanted and due to a pop up advertisement on my newsfeed I saw ‘The One’ ☝️ 🚘 I visited other car sales yards but was disappointed by what I saw. I was reluctant to buy off Marketplace due to no guarantee of what I would buy. The One ☝️ vehicle I wanted was beautifully presented, immaculately detailed and performed well on test drive. The after sale service was brilliant and follow up quick and professional. I couldn’t fault this family business. Liana and John are fabulous people with excellent customer service and relations.

7 months agoSuper friendly, your dealing with the owners which is amazing, we heard a little noise in the car and they got it fixed up straight away with no drama at all. They will be my go to next time I'm wanting a car and I will be recommending them to others who ask aswel.

8 months agoI walked into Seymour’s on a Sunday afternoon and on Monday was able to drive my new car away! I had spent about 10 days looking and was so glad to find a great car at a price I could afford with a dealer I could trust 100%. You know when you meet someone who is across all aspects of their business and Jonathon is it - he knows everyone involved in getting a car to the customer, from the auctioneers to the mechanics who inspect the vehicles before he buys, and the ServiceNSW staff who complete the rego transfers. Three weeks later the car is going great and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll return to Seymour’s when it’s time for another upgrade.

10 months agoJon was brilliant and so easy to deal with. One of the best car buying experiences we have had. Jon had has in and out with a new car for our son in 40 minutes. No bull, and a genuine dealer. Which you don't get at the big car yards. Highly recommend going to visit Jon and the team at Seymour's.

Buying a first car can be stressful but he and all of the guys at Seymours were so patient and understanding and never put any pressure on to buy.
