I recently bought a car from Seymour’s on Tudor and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was stuck at work and really needed the car urgently, and Jon, the owner, went above and beyond by coming in at 8:30pm on a Monday night just so I could finalise everything and drive it home. That level of service is pretty rare these days. Jon was genuine, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for great customer service and someone who truly looks after their customers, I can’t recommend Seymour’s on Tudor highly enough. Thanks again, Jon — really appreciate it

I just want to say that I’ve bought many cars over the years, and when I rocked up to Seymour’s on Tudor, I wasn’t expecting the best and easiest vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had — but that’s exactly what I got. When people say “we’re a family business,” you don’t always see it in action. These guys, however, are the real deal. From start to finish, the service was honest, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I originally went in looking for a van, but ended up driving away in the beast of a Ute I’ve always wanted — and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much to the team at Seymour’s. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Seymour's on Tudor to anyone wanting an extremely reliable used car that is beautifully presented and of excellent quality. It is an amazing and inspiring family business who deserve all the success in the world. Jon and Liana are so professional, caring and welcoming. Taylor was so friendly, mature and easy to talk to. Jon was so very knowledgeable and supportive of any questions or queries that my husband and myself had giving us clear and detailed explainations which we really appreciated. Both Liana and Jon made us feel that we were really being listened to. There were a range of cars that we would've been happy to take home. Fabulous service from Jon and Liana. We bought a car from them a few weeks ago. We've waited until we've driven back to Adelaide and completed the inspection and registration transfer to put in the review. Everything has gone very well and we're very pleased with the car. The sales experience was very smooth and we never felt pressured. They gave us a very good trade in rate for our existing vehicle and we returned the same afternoon to pick up the new, to us, car.

There was no sales pressure and negotiations over price on both occasions was a comfortable discussion. From our first phone call to seymour’s on tudor Jon & Liana they were very friendly & professional , because our car was a right off at no fault of ours we were looking for a similar car, we found one on Semour’s site that we liked, even though we live in shellharbour we had no hesitation to travel the distance to see this car because it looked so good , Jon explained how good it was, true to his word it was perfect , just what we were looking for. With all the car sale dealers over the years we have never met a nicer couple to deal with , we are both in our 80s they looked after us & made the transaction easy. Jon went above & beyond by setting up our sat nab & our phone for our journey home .Thank you Jon & Liana ,we will have no hesitation in recommending Seymour’s on Tudor . 5 Star for service 10/10 for caring & friendliness . I am a happy customer!!! 🌟 Pre sale and after sale experience was brilliant, professional and quick. Liana was the perfect sales person for me a female buyer. She has a real personal approach and I immediately felt comfortable. No fast talk, dazzling facts & fake talk of how we have a connection. 🙏🏻 After much research online I set out looking for the vehicle I wanted. I knew Seymour’s had the type of vehicle I wanted and due to a pop up advertisement on my newsfeed I saw ‘The One’ ☝️ 🚘 I visited other car sales yards but was disappointed by what I saw. I was reluctant to buy off Marketplace due to no guarantee of what I would buy. The One ☝️ vehicle I wanted was beautifully presented, immaculately detailed and performed well on test drive. The after sale service was brilliant and follow up quick and professional. I couldn’t fault this family business. Liana and John are fabulous people with excellent customer service and relations.
